Karen Garrett is the founder of Desert Palm Legal Nurse Consulting. She is a Registered Nurse and Certified Legal Nurse Consultant with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She has over 21 years of nursing experience. Past positions include Patient Care Coordinator, Registered Nurse, Charge Nurse, Medical Surgical Unit with orthopedic, psychiatric and cardiac experience.
